If a picture is worth a thousand words, then a video is worth a million!

Nowadays, you can look up information on anything thanks to the Internet. Any question you have can be answered by someone, somewhere on the web (although you need to be careful to make sure the information is accurate).

Maybe you really like what someone says or how they come across? Perhaps you feel reassured and feel as if you could relate to them?

When you look up a therapist, you only get limited information.

Maybe a few still pictures, an article they wrote, or a self-description that is up on a directory listing or website. But, sometimes it helps to see a person and how they speak and act in order to get a better idea of whether you would feel comfortable working with them and are confident in their ability to help you.
